Karate Kickstart

Karate Kickstart - Ages 18+

At Karate with Aoife, we believe that karate is for everyone – regardless of age or experience level.

Our Karate Kickstart program is designed specifically for adults who want to improve their fitness, gain confidence, and experience the many benefits of traditional martial arts training.
Here are just a few key benefits of learning traditional karate as an adult:
