We have something for everyone!
At Karate with Aoife, we believe that karate is for everyone – regardless of age or experience level.
Little Dragons (K to Grade 3)
Created for early school-aged children, this class develops focus, balance, and confidence while introducing key karate skills. Students learn discipline and respect through fun drills and structured practice, preparing them for future karate training.
Little Ninjas (ages 5+, all levels)
A fun and engaging karate program designed for young children to build focus, discipline, coordination, and confidence. Classes use age-appropriate drills, games, and karate fundamentals to set a strong foundation while keeping training exciting.
Adult Karate (18+)
Tailored for adult learners, this class combines traditional karate practice with fitness and stress relief. Students work on technical skills, conditioning, and self-defence applications in a supportive, motivating environment.
Elite Karate (competition prep)
A high-performance training session for athletes preparing for competition. Emphasis is placed on precision, advanced technique, conditioning, and mental readiness. Designed for dedicated students committed to achieving excellence in tournaments.
Women’s Self-Defence (6-week series)
A progressive program focused on practical self-defence strategies, awareness, and confidence-building. Over 6 weeks, participants will learn effective techniques for real-life scenarios in a safe, empowering space. Keep an eye out for when it’s offered because it books up fast!
Flexibility Foundations (6-week series)
Build the basics of healthy flexibility through gentle, progressive stretching. Perfect for beginners or those returning to training, it focuses on safe movement, improved posture, and everyday mobility.
Mobility for Athletes (6-week series)
Designed for active individuals, this series develops joint mobility and functional flexibility to support athletic performance. Expect dynamic drills, strength-based stretching, and techniques to reduce injury risk.
