Ninjas

Ninja Karate Program

The Ninjas program is a fun and engaging 1-hour karate class designed for students of age 8 and above who are ready to progress beyond the Little Dragons program. Students graduate into Ninjas when they demonstrate the focus, maturity, and foundational skills needed for more structured karate training.

Classes focus on developing strong karate fundamentals while building confidence, discipline, coordination, fitness, and respect. Students learn and refine punches, kicks, blocks, stances, kata, and kumite skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

In addition to traditional karate training, students are introduced to sport karate concepts, including competition-style kata and kumite, goal setting, and athletic development. Whether a student wishes to train recreationally or pursue competition, the Ninjas program provides the skills and experience needed to succeed.

What students will learn:
  • Fundamental and intermediate karate techniques
  • Kata (forms), kumite drills, and partner exercises
  • Balance, coordination, and athletic development
  • Focus, self-discipline, and perseverance
  • Confidence and leadership skills
  • Respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Goal setting and personal achievement

The Ninjas program provides a strong foundation for continued growth in karate, helping students develop physical skills, mental resilience, and character while preparing them for advanced training, tournaments, and future leadership opportunities within the dojo.

This program will be starting in September 2026 and run until the end of May 2027.
