Security in Numbers

At Karate with Aoife, we follow the Rule of Two to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all athletes.

This means that two responsible adults, a coach, staff member, parent, or screened volunteer, are always present when working with participants.
While there may be exceptions in true emergency situations, the Rule of Two is a nationally recognized best practice designed to protect both athletes and coaches, and to promote a positive sport experience for everyone.
