6 Week Women's Self Defence Program
Our Women’s Self-Defence program is designed to help you feel strong, confident, and capable in any situation. Led by Aoife, a lifelong martial artist and experienced instructor, this class focuses on practical techniques, situational awareness, and building real-world confidence, all in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
Each session combines simple, effective movements with mindset training to help you trust your instincts, stay calm under pressure, and move with confidence.
